connection problem?

I have a problem with my boe bot. My version is the 2.4.2. Using the Stamp BS2 and PBasic 2.5
Ever time I try to run a the program it keep saying no stamp found. I double check the connection and its connect (USB A to Mini

. Then I made sure I have my Boe Bot on, and it is on. Any Suggestions?

Please specify the brand and model # of the USB-to-serial converter you're using.· If you're using a USB BOE, please indicate.

Did you load the drivers BEFORE plugging it in?· Link to Parallax's drivers are here:

Double-check your power source, try fresh batteries.
