Another driver for the EA DOGM 126-6 (controller: ST7656R)

I started recently to play around with the propeller.
As my first task i tried to adapt the driver KS0713
from Erik Friesen and Olivier Jauzelon to the
EA DOGM display from Electronic Assemby.
deSilva had written alos a text driver.
My software is only a small modification of the
KS0108 128x64 parallel lcd driver W character disp
in the OBEX. It works also with the demo and the graphics soin theire
Its a beginners work, so no warranty at all
