What Kind of Chip Do I Have?? BS2e?

Going through my robot parts, I find a chip.
It looks somewhat like the red BS2e shown in the catalog, except the onboard chips are set up differently.
Board: red, 28 pins, no identifying marks/numbers/letters on the board.
Numbers on largest square chip in center of board:

Below this a medium sized 8-pin chip.
Above this a small 8-pin chip.
Is this a different model of the BS2e or what???
