    Very cool.

Also a little funny because youtube suggests videos from Led Zeppelin when its over.

Downloaded and playing with the code now on my BS2 board. Very cool stuff you've got there, and it makes me feel a little better after frying an LED on my Propeller board last night (must not short LEDs, they sizzle).

Personally, I've always been partial to Over the Hills and Far Away...but Black Dog is a close second.

/me breaks out the MP3 collection of Zep.

    Nice use of PWM .

I'm listening to Physical Graffitti on my VMusic2 (no "tube sound" yet)

    Do you have a schematic?

i did this once using a 555 timer a counter ic and feedback diodes. each output of the counter ic goes through a shotkey diode to a resister and LED. also after the shotkey it ties to the previous led/diode pair through a diode.

So you have a ring of shotkeys. a diode going to the left between the shotkeys and a resister and led going to the middle gnd point. you have 4.7V after the shotkey for logic 1 and a high impedance state for logic 0. Resister was chosen to give optimal brightness at this voltage. 0.7V is dropped across the diode so you get 4.0V on the previous leg. this gave me 74% current the leg before that got 48%, and the leg before that got 18%

    PJ Allen

I liked the 80s retro program code! (dragontail03.bs2)

I didn't think the BS2 would roll with that old school code. COOL!

don't get me wrong that is a cheaper smaller way to do it. Just mentioning a method that can be done with no code.
