Just found this bookmark-worthy·online parts·source·with·these hard-to-find parts:

LM3909 flasher $2.45 ea·(simple, OOP, $5-10 on eBay)
TQ2-5V DPDT 5V relay $2 ea (ultra-sensitive 20 mA polarized coil, can be driven directly by 1 Stamp pin)

No Stamps, but Atmel & PIC stuff, plus components, LCD/LED displays, boards, kits·and·other items for your Stamp projects at good prices. Have a peek.

This seems more like a sandbox post.

But here are a few sites I go to... I've only shopped at the ones with *s but I often drool over the products at the others.

    General electronics to scrap: www.dealextreme.com
Good place for expanded PVC and gripper: www.budgetrobotics.com
General robot stuff, although overpriced for most of it: www.robotstore.com
Overpriced servos but has lots of info: www.servocity.com
    Great motors and kits: www.robotmarketplace.com*
    General electronics: www.hobbyengineering.com
    Surplus electronics: www.allelectronics.com
    Surplus electronics: www.goldmine-elec.com*
    Surplus electronics: www.bgmicro.com
    General robotics stuff: www.owirobots.com
Good place for molex stuff: www.performance-pcs.com*

I have a few more but I'm not sure this kind of stuff is even allowed on these forums so I'll shut up now.

This thread is being moved from the BASIC Stamp forum to the Sandbox Forum as it is off topic in the original forum.

Futurlec is OK is you want to wait a few weeks for the parts to materialise. Delivery can be *very* slow.
