confused about pbasic

I have just become interested in robotics but haven't bought or built anything yet.
I would like to start with "BEO BOT" but I'm already confused!
I went to the Parallax site to download pbasic 2.5 and didn't find it in the download list.
I think bpasic 2.5 is for BS2 hardware and I think BOE BOT is BS2.
Do I have any of this right? and if so how do I download pbasic 2.5 or what should I download?
