This book has missed all internal Parallax editing deadlines. It has lost its place several times in the editing and production line. JonnyMac is an outside consultant and operates on his own schedule. If this book is eventually completed we'll work towards making it available.

I feel the same as you and understand your desires for improved SX/B 2.0 support.
