About the maximum operation temperature. ( SX28AC-DP chip )
Hi
Only to know if I can use the SX28AC-DP
near of a place where the temperature is
about 100 º C .
Thanks, Joe

the SX28 data sheet states a max of +85°C as ambient temperature under bias (i.e. with power supply). It may work at 100°C but this is not guaranteed, so you better find a cooler place.

· It may work, but it depends on alot of factors. It is not guaranteed, but I would guess the lower the voltage, and the slower the clock rate the better chance it will work.
· I have used the SX20/SS @ 100°C running at 3.3V and 1MHz internal clock. But I didn't care about reliability or stability either.
P.S. Oops I missed your post. You might get away with 20MHz if the voltage is low (3.3V). You'll have to try it.

I have to know what you are working on that has an ambient air temperature of 100°C. That's the temperature that water boils at, so I keep trying to picture where this SX is going to be placed.
Thanks,
