T6963 240x128 LCD code up for review/edits

I have tried to make this code adaptable for smaller screen sizes but only having one size here I haven't done testing with it. My screen has built in negative voltage so I have no support in the driver for bias,etc. It may not even be necessary but Ale alluded to it in some of his code and comments about this chip.
