Is there a way to interface a USB RFID reader to a Basic Stamp?

I have mistakingly ordered the RFID Reader to interface with my basic stamp but I ordered the USB version instead. I do not wish to have to send it back in extange for the other so is there a way of circuty to connect it to the basic stamp so it can be programmed the same as the serial RFID reader?

    There are USB interface chips that will do that, but it isn't worth it. You would need host mode or USB OTG.
