Boe-Bot & CMUcam

The products I have used are Boe-Bot and CMUcam,
however function 6 of demo is to track black.
I want to change the mean value of color of track line.
What do RCVData(2) and RCVData(9) represent?

Yellow line and green background
Yellow color tested from real condition
R:109-150
G:82-150
B:12-50

Green background is defined from color tool
R:16-50
G:120-135
B:16-50
