Hello All ,
Iam working on a project that aims to control a robotic arm by replicating the human arm movements.
Iam stuck on how to capture the human arm gripping action and transmit it to the robotic arm.
Appreciate any tips or helpful info.
Regards

If you are going to send·a Robot·to save the world, you·better make sure it likes it the way it is!
The video is very valuable.
It looks a solution for my problem , but i need more technical details on the gripper control unit which i could not find.
I wonder where i can find such technical details.
The control unit consists of a number of pots, one on each axis of motion, and a digitizer that converts the voltage on the pot wiper to a corresponding digital value that can be read by a PC or mircocontroller.
Here is a link to how the control unit is put together: http://www.endurance-robotics.com/page.aspx?id=4
A link to the digitizer is here: http://www.endurance-rc.com/analogreader.html
Hope this helps.

The site looks full of information and robotic products.
i will have a detailed look on it.
