Prop-CPLD update

I've been fiddling with the autorouter parameters and got my Prop-CPLD to route 100%:

It needs a few minutes work tidying it up, but the autorouter has done quite a good job.

    I've made a few changes. I'll see about getting a prototype made after the hols.
