Has any one used a transformer that can sense from .1 up to 30 Amps like this

though it stats it can sense up too 30 amps
It·can sense up to 30 amps because the primary side of the transformer is one turn of # 10 solid wire

This the first time I have seen one this small that will handle 30 amps

I suppose you will rectify and smooth the output
What type of caps would you recommend for smoothing out the output

You have to use a ADC0831 8-bit A/D converter DIP to be able to measure voltage with a Basic Stamp
I will try this with a 470 uF to start with and see what happens
