Motor Dyno Circuit

I need a bit of help with my circuit, mainly to see if I have done anything·terribly wrong. This will control my Motor Dyno from a few posts back

Gary, you have the 1N4001 diode backwards. The way it is now will short the motor probably causing the transistor to overload.
