Reducting noise in thermocouple

Hello, i need help trying to reduce my noise in my thermocouples, I'm trying to read in .1 degree C and i'm getting alot of noise in my thermocouple Volts and giving alot of noise in my temp readings

I'm attached the code if you wanted to walk through it but good luck
