64x64 Pong Board...

Here is my latest creation, the 64x64 LED Pong board...

The board itself,

The electronics,

The paddles,

The board in action,

The LED display is actually two 64x32 LED bi color 3mm displays from Sure Electronics.
The power comes from a 12V 2Amps Wall-wart together with a 5V switching regulator that came with the LED boards.
The Paddles are two 500K Potentiometers mounted in a couple of project boxes, all from Radio Shack.
To read the paddles I used a MCP3008 that I had lying around.
The speaker is driven by a LM386 on the Propeller Proto board.
The DB9 connector that the paddles use can also be used with Atari style joysticks.

Please see the attached PDF for more details and Merry X-mas everybody...

Living on the planet Earth might be expensive but it includes a free trip around the sun every year...

Experience level:
[ ] Let's connect the motor to pin 1, it's a 6V motor so it should be fine.
[ ] OK, I got my resistors hooked up with the LEDs.
[X] I got the Motor hooked up with the H-bridge and the 555 is supplying the PWM.
[ ] Now, if I can only program the BOE-BOT to interface with he Flux Capacitor.
[ ] I dream in SX28 assembler...

Got it fired up now :D as in hooked up to protoboard :D so all ready to play, just need a spare day lol
since stopping work for christmas, it's been a non-stop roller coaster ;D
anyways, took a few mins I had spare today to wire it up and tried it with 6432_Driver_10 :D works fine. thankfully so all steam ahead when I get 5 next.
    hopefully tonight some time.

I did see some ghosting with the demo board that came with the LED board.

However my driver works fine for Pong and the scroll...
