Silent version of Nick's Sound Driver

This is a silent version of Nick Sabalausky's NS_sound_drv_052_22khz_16bit.spin driver
It has just enough code to keep programs which require it from crashing, however does not
distribute any of the important code which handles sound. All PUB's are empty, variables renamed.
Andre's book is highly recommended for the original version of the driver and much more!
