Cognew command not working

Hello

Cognew is not working for me, so I wrote this little program to see if I was doing it right and apparently I'm not

If I run this program in the start up cog it works just fine. And I·have tried make the varualbes local along with intialzing them localy and·it still won't work, the screen is just·blank. But like I said it works just fine if I leave it in the start·up or first cog.

I increased your stack space from 20 to 120 longs and it works...

I guess that the TV object needs alot of space to work.
