Cannot get tokenizer running

Hello,
I'm currently in a robotics course, and we're using the basic stamp to control our robot. I have a mac and I've downloaded the Basic stamp software, as well as the tokenizer, but even after i manually install the tokenizer, the software doesn't recognize it.
I'm not very computer savvy, so if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting both, downloading a fresh copy of MacBS2 and letting the installer re-install the tokenizer.
If you still can't get it to install, send an e-mail to the author via his website. He has asked to be contacted
in this situation (see his FAQs on his website).
