PSC and VSA

Has anyone used VSA (Visual Show Automation) ? I'm having an issue with it and want to find out if it is what I'm doing or if the set of pins I'm trying to use are bad. Thanks ,Jeff
How can I tell or test ·if I am geting a " signal " from the PSC. I am getting voltage from pins· + and - , 5 VDC. I am· not sure if·I am getting the signal to trigger the servo. How can I check this ?
