Project involving eb500 and micro motor controller

Dear all, anyone got any experience in controlling the board of education via eb500 through a bluetooth USB dongle inserted in a PC?
My project involves me to control a toy car by the keyboard of my laptop, it is meant to be a wireless control. The parts I have now are the BOE, eb500 and the micro motor controller. Can anyone advise? Thanks!!
