Welcome.

Make sure you have a look at the various tutorials in the "sticky threads" at the top of the thread list in this forum. The Propeller Education Kit tutorials are very helpful (as are the others).

The Hydra Book is a good introduction to the Propeller, particularly if you have an interest in video, graphics, and/or game construction. There are some sample chapters available for free download if you want to have a look at it before considering buying.

Welcome! You are gonna have a great time.

Might as well face it. The Prop works like Lays potato chips. NOBODY has just one!

Thanks all !

I like to say that until now I really like the hole package.
The Prop is cool, spin is fun ( with some new operators) and, libs and demo objects are also great.

Now I have to find applications and time to really jump into it !

This evening maybe I'll got some time spare and some little snip of code I want to try :- )

What Baggers is hinting is that the Propeller is an addiction. :)

Say goodbye to sunshine and family now.. <SMIRK>

You've got one of the most interesting chips ever made.
Take a look at this partial list.

and Quantum is right, Mike Green is *always* right. :)

Welcome aboard!

Quantum and OldBitCollector,
I'm certainly not always right ... opinionated perhaps ...

One of the most useful skills in debugging either software or hardware is that of forgetting (or suppressing) what you know to be right and observing what the program or circuit actually does, then looking for an explanation in what's actually there, not what you think is there or what is supposed to be there.
