Hi, im new to the forum. I am trying to connect two dc brushless motors to run off a Sumobot Controller. I dont want to short it out and i dont know if i can run it just like a servo motor, but just go to a I/O pin.

No, you can't run a DC motor dirrectly off an IO pin: it draws too much current. The easiest thing to do would be to get a motor controller or two; parallax sells a couple. Depending on your motor size, you could use the polulu if it's small, or the HB-25 for larger motors.

Ok thanks, is there an alternative to using a DC motor that may be faster then a servo motor.

There are faster servo motors than parallax sells. Take a look at a hobby shop that sells helicopters and planes for those. There are stepper motors that can go a little bit faster than some servos.
