Boe Bot and MSRS

I want to ask if someone know if the only way to connect the boe bot to Mirosoft Robotics Studio is the bluetooth, we have a various boe bots, not the one of the MRS kit, but the normal kit with Basic Satmp 2, we are connecting the boe bot by a serial-usb cable but·we can not find the way the boe bot works, so I was thinking that perhaps the only connection type support its via bluetooth, does anyone have an idea?.

Yes, a serial cable and some current limiting resistors can replace the eb500. It would be better to use a USB2SER. Here’s a link with the details. It's two pages long; make sure to read both pages.

Thanks for the information Andy.

We have the USB2SER adapter, I´am relly new with the Boe Bot BS2 Kit, I will read carefully the link you gave to me and all the Boe Bot Manual, I want to know if you dont have a manual for the configuration of the Boe Bot and MRS, it will be very heplful for those like us that want to make programas in VPL for high school students using MRS, a configuration manual that describes all the steps to make the conection works it will be inestimable.
