I need help identifying chip

About a year ago I bought some IC's from ebay as a lot.· This lot included triacs and such but I cannot remember what these were and I have not been successful identifying them.· They seem to have a Motorola logo on them and the numbers "637" and "J117".· Anyone have any ideas.· A datasheet would be nice!

    Hi friend,
If you want to buy new chip then its simple just go to the electronics shop and ask them about your chip they definitely give you the new one. Also ask for data sheet of chips.
