I made a "break out" cable for My sons BOE with 4 male SIP headers and some old IDE ribbin cable I had on hand,It just jumperd X1 to A bigger bread board.
I also did some exp. w/ EEPROMs on a·I2C bus.If I remember right I used 10 EEPROMs on this Bus
