Propeller DNS resolver and NTP client

Just wondering if anyone's making any progress on a DNS resolver or NTP client to work with the driver_enc28j60 and driver_tcp objects.
I've started a DNS resolver, but don't want to reinvent everything if it's unnecessary...
Just finished up some software to run on a NetBurner SB70...but think it might be equally as efficient to use the more native version...assuming I can also get it all together.
Just looking for ideas and opinions...
