bs2 stamp communication with pc program

hey i have a project where i need the bs2 to get it's direction by using the compass module and then send that data to a c++ program on the pc , is that possible to do , my friend thought it might be easier to do with the propeller but i already have the bs2 and the compass and so i was wondering if that would·be possible or easier to do on the bs2

p.s. how would i go about doing that????, lol, if you dont know then oh well.

    Yes you can but I haven't touched C++ in many years. maybe using the MSCOMM control in your C++ app. I use VB.NET and C# so like I said, it can be easily done with C++ but without breaking out C++ again after many years, I just don't know off the top of my head. Sorry!

    You might look at StampPlot Pro which is an interface program for the PC that easily communicates with a program on the Stamp and can log data to a file.
