Problems driving an AD9834

I have a circuit with 2 Propellers that drive a AD9834 DDS, If I just reset it with the two words 210A 200A using a 16 MHz clock I suposedly should get a frequency of 8 MHZ (according to the manual) and a triangle, instead I get what it is in the picture. It has 16 kHz and it is a triangle but it has a spike when changing from low to high. It does not matter which frequency I select, if I clear the phase registers, etc, I always get a similar signal with the desired frequency.. If I change the output to sine... I get a similar output signal with the same problem.
I have a similar circuit powered by an AVR that works well. I tested and re-tested the driving waveform, it corresponds to the programming words.

Well, I solved it, I did not put the resistor between the IOUTB and GND, and it is necessary, mandatory I'd say. I thought it was a programming problem... but it wasn't.

    Thanks anyways
