i need software for this action:

first problem:

i have 1 input, pushbutton P0 and 4 outputs P1,P2,P3,P4
each time i push the button the outputs most count binair till 15 and than go to binair 0 and than count till 15 and so one
how do i program that in my stamp

second problem:

I have 1 input,pushbutton P0 and 8 chapters in my program
each time i push the button most the program to the next chapter, after chapter 8 most the program jump to chapter 1 en than chapter 2 and so one
