PC Applications with Viewport

Hello:
Been trying viewport, all the tutorials works, but the Display and Control Selected Io.spin doesn't display any traces in the lsa mode as shown·in the PEKit Lab ViewPort v0.6·docs.
The program did work one time, on a xp computer with a prop protobd.
On a vista computer with a ppdb bd, that program won't display the waveform traces, I have the leds on the ppdb attached to p4-9, leds on p4-6 flash.
I have the program, in the tutorials section of viewport.
Any ideas?

If the tutorials work but your own program doesn't, then please share your program (copy and paste the spin code here) so we can take a look at it...

As noted in the orginal post this is the 2nd program from the PE Lab:Viewport v0.6 series.
