how basicstamp connect to flash program (actionscript2)

i wonder that how i can using
basicstamp o connect with flash program

actually i using flash program to design the interface
and i want flash programe can be command to the basicstamp
to on/off the device

the reason that why i need to using flash program is that
i have to do a touch screen to command device

anyone please suggestion for me
i need yr help in a hurry time

The stamp communicates by serial so you need to have your flash program send serial characters to the stamp and have the stamp do something when it gets a certain character. Remember the stamp can not check for input and be doing something else at the same time. It does only one thing at a time.
