A good prop compatible mosfet driver?

So I have been using the Intersil el7202 and it has been a fair solution, for all my mosfet driving applications, switches/ h- bridge(low side) ect. I have been running into issues driving some mosfets specifically logic level, it cant handle the gate capacitance, but also it seems to miss some triggering events, I cant seem to figure out why. The highest freqency application I have found so far is 300khz. I have most commonly been using an IRL3713 due to its super high current capability, and strong resilience to my abuse, but I am open to suggestions for that as well.
So does anyone have any recommendations for a prop compatible mosfet driver that they know of/ have used with decent results?
