How would I go about wiring up a MAX232N chip to program the propeller?

Is there some reason not to update to the newer version of programming using FTDI FT232RQ or RL?
The USB version is may be even less parts.

Else, here is the old school Max3232 concept. TXD232 goes to Prop Tx pin, RXD232 goes to Prop Rx. RES232 goes to Prop reset pin.
