HB-25 motor controller object

Hello:
Tryed running the hb-25 motor controller object on·a prop proto bd, motors wont turn.
No pulses on any pin.
Which pin is the output on this program?
Do I have to change the·pub config statement.
I am using 2 controllers with 2 motors, 8vdc power in.
The grn leds are on and fans on controllers are running.
I have used these controllers with·a basic stamp·demo bd.
Any ideas?

you have to set the state argument when you config() for either cog refresh or manual refresh, as well as the pin and single/dual mode to get anything out of it
