Where can I slice Vss on the Protoboard?

I'm doing another custom Protoboard and need the perfboard space on the right side.
I'm dangerously close to the Vss line that goes down the right side. I'm not using it.

Is there a place where I can knife-slice this line safely to disconnect it?

You can cut this line anywhere. It's just there for convenience in wiring up stuff placed in that area.
