    Beau,

    Now that you had a chance to test the board, are you still of the opinion that the 10k /MCLR resistor is mandatory?

    The false triggers seem to be only when turning on or turning off the lights... The unit seems to be stable in one position or the other. Perhaps modifying the trigger sensing algorithm so that after a confirmed detection, you ignore additional input triggers for a couple of seconds after turning on or turning off the lights.

    Attached is the SX code for the litesaver module.
    You can hack it to improve it if you like.
    I think you will find that the SX already allows a few seconds before detecting the PIR again.
    The glitches are mostly caused by sparks causing the SX to restart (listen for the long beep), not from the PIR being blinded by the lamp switching.

    Don't program the SX when powered by 110v AC !
    Use 9v DC to clip across the large zener to program the SX.
