iLoad Sensor help

I am using a basic stamp 2 and an iLoad sensor which i purchased from parallax.
Has anyone used this sensor before? i just need to figure out how to set it up on a breadboard and what code i can use to get a simple reading from it.
It has four wires coming off of it:
+5v DC, regulated
Input power ground (0v)
+Signal
-Signal (signal ground)
Any help would be sweet
