Communication using Xbee

Hi all,
I am currently working on a task that involves wireless communication with Boe-bot.I have set up required App Bee board on the Boe bot with Xbee.I would like to know if any body can provide me samples that help in establishing communication directly from Xbee connected to USB2SER to the Xbee on the App bee board placed on BS2.I am planning to use C# but sample in any language would help me.
