I have read through the "Whats·a microcontroller" text regarding the servo supplied and from what i can make out is it will work on a supply of 5v and a signal from 1ms to 2ms, my question is would it be ok at 5v with a signal range between 1.03 and 2.01ms would the extra .01 ms on the high end of the range·be within safe limits for the servo?·am i worrying for nothing here? if so what would be a high end limit before damage occurs?

The servo is set up to "understand" only pulses from approximately 1ms to approximately 2ms.
Found the spec for the driver board i'm hoping to use, will the other·values be compatible with that servo?
