BS Editor 2.4 glitch

I don't know if Parallax is going to put another BS2 editor any time soon, but I thought I might add to their to do list.
When working with a multiple file project (like for the BS2px) I downloaded it to the Stamp. I then downloaded a single file project to the Stamp. When I went back to dowload the multiple file project again, it just downloaded sub-file, the one that I had edited (in slot two). Since the single file project was in slot one, that's the one that it ran. I had to redownload the multiple file project again to get it to work.
Not a critical problem, but confusing for a few moments.
