ST M24256 as Prop EEPROM

Will the ST Microelectronics M24256 I2C EEPROM function as a Prop EEPROM ?
Here in Helsinki ELFA has these. They lack chip selects A0, A1, A2 which aren't necessary anyway and are only S08 outline which I guess is still solderable by hand somehow.
Anyone tried these ?
