How easy is it to use the motor mind B with the prop?

I am looking for a motor controller to run an 18v motor, and so far the Motor Mind seems the best choice.·The only problem is·the ease of use rating is low in my product manual, making me wonder if it is hard enough I should just use the HB-25 motor controller instead, which has a higher ease of use rating. Only problem with this choice is the price is higher and it uses a few less volts less than I like to use to run the motor with. What is the difference between them that makes one easier to use? Is it easy to use with the propeller?

Any help would be appreciated so I can get this project done.
