spin vim syntax file

Hi all, long time since I've posted here. I'm glad to see how the propeller community has grown.
Now that the Propellent's available, coding with my favorite editor, Vim, seems more convenient than ever. However, to get syntax colored code you need a syntax file. I've searched for one without any results (which I find surprising), so I rolled my own.

It seems to work well, but it's still incomplete, so any improvements/bugfixes/etc are welcome.
