A suggestion to all forum members...

If you haven't done so already, please add your location to your profile — at least what country you're in. This helps others in many ways, including:
1. Knowing your time zone, so one can at least guess when you're asleep and unavailable to respond. (Does not apply to hippy, who never sleeps.
)
2. Inferring whether or not English is your first language, which can help in framing more intelligible responses if isn't and in overlooking grammar and spelling faux pas.
3. Knowing which distributors to recommend or not to recommend as a source for parts.
4. Knowing whether to quote dimensions in inches or millimeters; temperatures in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
5. Perhaps most importantly, it's just nice to know where the person one is helping — or being helped by — is located, which adds to the global feel of the forum community.
Thanks,
-Phil
