SMPTE & FSK Time-code generation and decoder??

HI,


I need the PROP to generate and/or decode SMPTE time-code and FSK Time-Code,

I have a Millisecond counter object of my own which will be my MASTER CLOCK from which I would like to generate/synchronise to both SMPTE time-code & FSK time-code

Assuming the prop can genrate the signals, what other harware devices would be required.

I may need to transmit the SMPTE data out though a 232 serial port as well
and while we are at it I may need to do MIDI time-code MTC as well.

Does anyone have insight to this?
