Boe Bot for MSRS C# help PLZ

Ok I just got a Boe Bot for Microsoft robotics studio and I got the blue tooth working with my own personal C# program. So I know the blue tooth works. Now I load the BoeBotControlForMsrs.bs2 into the Boe Bot (I have replaced the BS2 with a BS2e) it beeps one time and sits there as planned. Now I go to Microsoft visual C# 2008 express edition and open BASICStamp2.csproj and it asks me to convert the old 2005 file I do so and it works fine I fix the bugs (described in the PDF) and build and start the program. But the blue tooth never connects.

    But that is what the PDF said to do chang the URL in the program from 2006 to 2007

    I would try going to the url with your browser and finding out if this one exists and if not see if you can find the real one.
