Propeller and Bluetooth

Has anyone interfaced the EmbeddedBlue Bluetooth transiever to the propeller?

Are there any issues i may have with this?

    As part of my first project with the propeller I intend to just that. I have an eb500-SER which I intend to connect to the Propeller Demo Board.

    My concern is that the bluetooth module wants to use a 5v serial, and the Propeller uses 3.3v logic. Is this a show stopper? Do I need a level converter?

    There is a sticky on 5V interfacing, I think.

    I am planning on integrating this Ic from national that is blue tooth. Take a look at the data sheet

    I think it is straight forward and looks simple enough, however if any one else has implemented this device and has some comments about it let us know.

    As far as parallax's blue tooth module I can see no real problems. It is well documented and youll have great support in here.
