Running programs from eeprom with vdip1

I have one idea to rum programs from vdip1.
using 2 eeproms bipassed with 2 transistors and 2 pins to select a eeprom.
I have not tested ,but apear to work.
I go to test
if running ok , i post the circuit and the spin.
